Our honey comes 100% from the Mecsek Mountains in Hungary. Due to the lack of highways, large industry and the low population density, the area is clean and dominated by nature. The diversity of the region is reflected in the delicious taste accents of the honey.
 
Because our honey is not pasteurized or processed in any other way, the honey contains small amounts of B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, various antioxidants and various sugar structures. This makes honey a healthy sweetener. The micronutrients differ slightly per honey flavour.
 
Because the honey goes from the hive to the end product without any processing process, the taste, colour and viscosity can differ slightly per order. However, the quality is always high. These small differences give the honey character and that's how it should be, we believe: no kilo of honey is exactly the same.
